This hotel is only a three-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, so the location is extremely convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles. They also provided lovely snacks to enjoy while waiting to check in. The Wi-Fi was very stable, and the comfortable seating area offered a nice selection of magazines.

The hotel’s spa was wonderful, luxurious, and relaxing. It can be reserved in advance for 30 minutes of private use. The breakfast was also delicate and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, energetic, and made me feel very welcome.

I would especially like to praise a wonderful staff member named Elie. From check-in to check-out, he was always warm, attentive, and thoughtful. He helped carry my luggage to my room and kindly brought me extra bottles of water. When I checked out, he told me that I could ask him anytime if I wanted some bread or coffee before leaving.

He also showed genuine interest in my trip to France and asked whether I needed any recommendations for places to visit. His warmth and attention to every detail made my experience truly special.

A gorgeous hotel in the heart of Paris. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The bed was a dream... you sleep like you're on a cloud. We had a mother daughter trip and wanted a convenient place to sleep near the major sites in the city… what we got was excellence. The room we booked had a terrace and it was a quiet place to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Ambience of the room was great with modern amenities. The receptionist was very pleasant and checked us in. I saw three different female receptionists during my stay, and all of them welcomed us with lovely smiles, which made me happy.
I probably booked the smallest room this time. Even so, there was enough space to open a suitcase, and the bathroom felt clean.

In hotels in this price range in Paris, you often encounter things like an old hairdryer that feels like a gentle breeze, a shower room door that doesn't close properly leaving the floor soaking wet, or shampoo, conditioner and body wash all combined into one. This hotel wasn't like that, and it was much more comfortable than I had imagined.

I was also surprised by the handwritten welcome message.
The hotel has a spa, which you can book and use for free. I didn't have time to use it, but the receptionist kindly explained the service to me properly.

As for the location, as soon as you step out of the hotel and onto the street, you can see the Arc de Triomphe—it's a fantastic location.

I stayed at this hotel for one night only. I am not giving 5 stars because there are still some aspects that could be improved.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a black female receptionist who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful in providing me with all the information I needed. Unfortunately, the next day I had to deal with another French-speaking receptionist who was quite rude in her manner.

When I asked if it was possible to stay in room for 30 minutes beyond the check-out time, I was told quite curtly that it was absolutely not possible because they had to immediately proceed with the cleaning.

Considering the cost of the stay, about 400 euros for one night, I found it a little disappointing that breakfast was not included. The room was however very nice and I really appreciated the welcome gift set. However, the hair dryer did not work and this prevented me from drying my hair before leaving.

Overall, the experience was positive, but some details and especially the attitude of the staff could be improved to offer a service worthy of the price charged.
